Moving Services
Moving is considered to be in the top 10 of stressful life events. With 20+ years of combined moving experience, we are here to make your move as smooth & time efficient as possible! At Pack My Move, we ensure all furniture is wrapped accordingly, we provide wardrobe boxes to use free of charge on moving day for all your clothing on hangers and we make sure all your valuables are fully protected for the trip to your new home.
Moving Services with Truck (2 or 3-person crew)
Our rates include (min. 4hr booking):
- our 28' long over-sized moving truck
- 150+ furniture pads to protect your furniture
- 200' of floor runners to protect your floors while we move your items
- disassembly/reassembly of necessary items
- free use of wardrobe boxes for your clothing on hangers (each holds 2ft of hanger space) & last minute unbreakable items - we bring as many as needed
- comprehensive insurance coverage of all your items in your home and while in transit
- a time-efficient & careful crew
Packing Services
We can help you fully prepare for a smooth moving experience by packing all* of your belongings and ensuring they are well protected for your upcoming move. We specialize in packing kitchens, china cabinets and fragile items - such as: lamp shades, pictures and flat screen TV's. Service includes furniture disassembly. *Excludes: Jewelry, Undergarments, other valuables as indicated by client
Packing Services - 2-person crew
$95/hour
Our rates include (min. 4hr booking):
- clear labelling of boxes with contents and destination location
- disassembly/reassembly of necessary items
- bring mattress bags to prepare beds for moving
We also have 3 & 4-person crews available at an additional hourly cost of $20/hr per crew member.
We always use our clients boxes & packing paper before we start using our own supplies. We sell new (& used boxes) and buy back new boxes that are clean and still like new.
Un-Packing Services
Do you need some help un-packing? We are here to help you get settled into your new home. Call us to help you empty your boxes and re-assemble your furniture!
Un-Packing Services - 2-person crew
$95/hour
We'll un-pack the Kitchen & Common Area boxes and (with our client's guidance) set-up the living areas to help enjoy their new home on the first night!
At the end of the day, we also take back all of your gently used boxes & packing supplies to recycle or reuse!
Min. 4-hour booking time (incl. 1-hour of travel time)
Internal Moving Services
Do you need some help moving furniture around to freshen up your home or office? Or doing renovations and need items moved into a container or just to another area for storage, like the basement, shed or garage on the same site?
Internal Moving Services (2 or 3-person crew)
$95 or $115/hr
If you're moving within your apartment building, loading or unloading a container (or a Uhaul) in your driveway or moving next door - we have a crew available to help with that too!
Our rates include (min. 4hr booking):
- 200' of floor runners to protect your floors and keep them clean during the move
- free use of wardrobe boxes to easily transfer your clothing on hangers to their new space or for ease in long-term storage
Minimum 4-hour booking time (incl. 3-hrs of moving & 1-hr of travel time).
Single Item Moving Services - 2-person crew

Our rates vary depending on how many items need to be moved & type of items.
Example: Moving a bed internally would cost less than moving a commercial printing machine internally.

Wardrobe Boxes
We have Wardrobe Boxes that we provide free of charge for all clothing on hangers in closets.
Whether you are using a professional moving service or moving yourself - wardrobe boxes are great to keep your clothes clean and protected from the weather while in transit to its new closet!
Included with Moving & Packing Services.
Furniture Disassembly
We offer furniture disassembly to help you prepare for your upcoming move. Just let us know which items are ready to be taken apart. We screw all bolts back into their connection to ensure no parts are lost.
Furniture requiring disassembly may include* bed frames, bunk beds, wardrobes, dressers, tables, hutches, entertainment units, etc..
*We DO NOT disassemble Baby Cribs or Fitness Equipment.
Furniture Reassembly
We offer furniture reassembly to help you settle into your new home faster. We will put back together most* items that have been taken apart for your move.
