We require a deposit of $100- to secure your day(s) with us.
You can change your moving date at anytime, as long as we have the newly requested date available.
The deposit is only lost if the date is changed less than two weeks before your scheduled day.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and things don't go as originally planned, so we offer the flexibility to change your booking date with us, as long as we have the newly requested date available.
Please note - The only time a deposit is lost, is if the date change occurred with less than two weeks notice, as it's harder to re-fill the spot as the date gets closer.

No. We don't charge our clients the processing fee for these transactions.
Please leave your freezers plugged in. It helps keep the internal liquids that keep them cold evenly distributed and they won't thaw out on the moving truck.
We ask that you empty out your food from all refrigerators & freezers, unless it's a small chest freezer. We can help you transport non-perishable food items.
Please Note: Liquids & perishable food items are not permitted on our truck and are the responsibility of our clients to transport to their new home.
We ask our clients to transport:
- all liquids: risk of containers breaking during an jostling in the truck and mixing creating a chemically combustive reaction
- plants: with other items on the truck, they're at risk of not surviving the drive due to truck temperature and risk of jostling on the drive. We DO bring large plants that won't fit in your personal vehicles but they are not insured on the truck.
- TV's: if they fit in your personal vehicle, we ask our clients to transport the tv's on their own. Like with plants, we will move them on the truck if they're too big for you vehicle, but they're not insured when they are out of their original packaging including foam inserts.
